I tried an original sandwich and it was fantastic. There is also a nice dining area with tvs and a cute play corner for kids. This would be a great place to have lunch with friends. Will definitely go back.

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time, at very reasonable prices! The bread was fresh and delicious. The ingredients they use are excellent and fresh and the dressings they put on each sandwich are perfect. I'm glad I finally made it over here and look forward to many more great sandwiches and baked goods. They also have a little kids area so it's perfect for bringing the kiddos.

They moved next door, so if it looks closed at first dont give up!! The new place looks so cozy with comfy couches, and has so much room to hang out. Went and bought some sourdough starter and I'm so excited about it!! The woman who works there told me they make all their meats and bread and everything in house! They even do potato chips in tallow, and I saw organic sourdough! The sourdough cookies are delicious!! I can't wait to go back again!!

We have been long time fans and followers of Sour Boule. We cannot say enough positive things about the food and atmosphere. The quality and taste of fresh made food is the best! We love coming here each week for our weekend family breakfast and seeing Alexis and Lance (the owners). They make genuine relationships with customers, making the dining experience a familiar place you look forward to coming each week. If you haven’t eaten here you are really missing out!! Five stars and more!

The Sour Boule is an amazing family-owned restaurant that truly cares about supporting its community. You can feel the heart behind everything they do, and Alexis and Lance Misner are both such incredible, welcoming people who make every visit special. The food is outstanding — the Spicy Sour Boule sandwich is hands-down my favorite, especially paired with their homemade chips. Don’t leave without trying their baked goods! Their cookies are absolutely delicious, especially the snickerdoodle, which is my fave! If you are going for breakfast, the "Yeti" is my favorite breakfast sandwich on the menu. It’s a sausage and pancake breakfast sandwich it’s HUGE, and it’s so good.
Highly recommend this place — 5 stars all the way!!!

I arrived and stood in line at the new place right next to their old place, and checked out the menu and decided to get a bowl of tomato soup with two slices of the rosemary garlic bread. I came up to the line I made my order. The people were very lovely and helped me get my order. I was given a number and I went to sit down. After that about five minutes later, a lovely girl came up and asked what my order was I kindly repeated to her what I had ordered. Then another lady came up and apologized for the other lady asking my order. Then the lady, the first lady came back and said they were out of tomato basil Could I possibly be interested in there? Broccoli cheese soup I said I did not care for broccoli cheese soup, but I would go ahead and try theirs. She also very kindly said that I could be refunded for my lunch. I said well I’m already here I might as well go ahead and eat. The broccoli basil was brought out with two slices of rosemary, garlic bread. It was all very, very lovely. Next time. I think I will try their sandwich. They had a lovely vegetarian sandwich that looked very, very yummy as I always say support your local businesses there was a lot of really great options on this menu.

I just moved to the area and this was one of the first spots I knew I had to try, both by popular demand, and my love for a good sandwich and soup. Our first thought when walking in was how cozy the environment was, and it’s perfectly suited for a calm lunch with a baby in tow.
Initially we were a bit off-put by the price of our order (two sandwiches, a craft bev and a regular coffee) and I could see the panic in my husband’s eyes after we overspent across several days of moving and getting settled. When our food arrived, we both decided that it was well worth it, as the sandwiches, crafted with care, were absolutely loaded with flavor! Panera, who?! Even the spinach on my sandwich (The Chandler) had perfect flavor! The bacon was done just right! Every layer and ingredient held its integrity and combined to make the perfect sandwich for both of our tastes. He loved the Roast Beef!
I was very pleased to discover that I can even come here solo with baby, because they were thoughtful enough to create an inclusive space for kids, as well as changing tables, board games, and a cozy fireplace. Everything was so clean and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you for a great lunch, we’ll definitely be back soon!

If you’re a fan of hand-crafted coffees and beverages, flavorful and hearty sandwiches, and supporting local businesses - look no further. The Sour Boule’s menu is always offering fun, new seasonal offerings while keeping their tried-and-true customer favorites a constant. Try buying a bag of their incredible homemade sourdough bread and you’ll never go back to store-bought. If you’re a fan of the TV show “Friends” like the owners, you’ll get a kick out of their themed names of drinks & dishes. It is very family-friendly, with a designated play corner with plenty of toys and bookshelves full of children’s books and board games/card games. You’ll often see customers bring their laptops to work while enjoying their menu and free WIFI, or hosting work meetings over coffee or lunch. There’s plenty of parking and seating areas, with lots of natural light flooding in through the large windows. They are also dog-friendly on their front patio and happy to provide a water bowl. The owners - husband and wife team, Alexis & Lance - could not be any more kind and generous. Their entire staff is always helpful and gracious, and The Sour Boule has made a point to be “community-centered,” supporting the local nonprofit children’s advocacy center across the traffic circle (Alliance For Children) as well as offering special deals to first responders like Fort Worth PD. Eat local at The Sour Boule and spread the word! 🩷

What an awesome place. During the snow event of 2026 we were looking for breakfast places, and I saw a post that they would be open. We had been once in their old location, but seating was minimal, so we didn't come back. I am glad we came. There is plenty of seating and the food was GREAT! We had the Yeti (sausage, hashbrowns, egg, and cheese between two sourdough pancakes). We also had the split pea soup which was amazing. We loved it so much that we went back the next day! Looking forward to many more visits in the future. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating.
